Salsa is about moving your hips and feeling the music, so we remind our moms that they can still be cool, sexy, strong and beautiful women. Salsa Babies™ celebrates motherhood and all that comes with it, including breast-feeding, fussy babies, and the occasional spit-up on the floor!
Salsa Babies™ welcomes participants from all cultures, religions and socio-economic backgrounds and does not discriminate. Salsa (the Spanish word for ¡°Sauce¡±) is a blend of various musical genres with influences from different countries. Similarly, Salsa Babies™ believes that bringing women of different backgrounds together to share in a common interest at a special time in their lives, creates it¡¯s own special flavor and brings a richness to all involved.
We provide a unique and enjoyable dance experience to new mothers and their babies in a safe, welcoming, and baby-friendly environment. Through our classes we strive to offer consistent, high-quality, yet affordable programs for people from all walks of life. We also like to have a good time! Mums will feel energized, motivated, empowered, and reminded about the importance of getting out, having fun, meeting friends, all the while bonding with baby.
